The Government Geography Profession is hosting its fourth annual conference at the end of November.
The conference, which will take place online, will reflect on and celebrate the significant contribution geographers are making to policy making and delivery across government. All geographers working in central and local government organisations are eligible to join the profession and attend the conference.
Founded in 2017, the profession promotes better use of geography in government and supports the career development of geographers in the public sector. The profession now has more than 1,500 members and is part of the Government's Analysis Function.
This year’s conference is an opportunity for members of the profession to network, share best practice and professional development opportunities with their colleagues across government.
The conference will take place online on Thursday 25 November.
