The three-day RGS-IBG Annual International Conference attracts over 1,800 geographers from around the world.
Exhibitors and publishers will be located in the Main Building, Cardiff University.
Exhibitors are invited to supply A5 black and white advertisements for the programme books, which go to all conference delegates. An equivalent colour advertisement for the conference programme app is included with each advertisement booked. The deadline for booking and supplying advertisements is Friday 25 May 2018.
There will be no delegate bags offered at AC2018. However, exhibitors and publishers are strongly encouraged to book advertising space in the programme book and conference programme app, and non-attending exhibitors may choose to send a package of flyers to be made available to delegates on a shared (unmanned) table in the main exhibition area.
Publishers or other groups wishing to hold a reception or other special event during conference should contact email@example.com for more information
