Bridging the gap
Bridging the gap events provide sixth form students the experience of what studying geography at university level is like. With four different seminars, led by our Geography Ambassadors, the day aims to replicate a ‘university geography’ experience, with each session directly based around a topic being studied at university. The session groups are small (maximum of 10 students) to give students a ‘seminar’ type experience, providing them with the opportunity to be more involved in the session. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to 40 places for each day.
Most of our events are held at the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), 1 Kensington Gore, London, SW7 2AR, however we do run courses and training throughout the UK.
