Later this month, the Society’s South Committee are welcoming Professors Danny Dorling and Klaus Dodds to Bournemouth for an evening of geopolitics.
The evening will begin with a student presentation, before Danny Dorling, Professor of Geography at the University of Oxford, discusses inequality and what Brexit teaches us about the British. Klaus Dodds, Professor of Geopolitics at Royal Holloway University of London, will follow with his insightful talk ‘Who owns the Arctic?’ which explores the governance and geopolitics of the High North.
A night of geopolitics takes places on 20 March at 6.00pm in Bournemouth and starts with a reception which includes wine and nibbles for adults and pizza for students. Tickets start at £7.50. Book your place now.
