Our large conference package for up to 450 delegates includes exclusive use of our spacious Ondaatje Theatre with a professional set up for plenary sessions, bespoke LED lighting to compliment your branding, as well as optional extras such as live streaming. With three Panasonic 4k cameras to capture speakers live from the Society’s stage, our packages enable you to stream your content online and share your conference with the widest possible audience. For a more advanced set-up, we can offer further capabilities including incorporating your branding, connecting to remote speakers and displaying multiple sources to your online attendees.
The Society provides a very special venue for events, and I have always loved the Ondaatje Theatre in particular. Despite its impressive capacity, it is a surprisingly intimate space enabling the audience to fully engage with the speakers.
