The latest addition to the RGS-IBG book series, Home SOS: Gender, Violence, and Survival in Crisis Ordinary Cambodia, is now available to order online.
Written by Professor Katherine Brickell (Royal Holloway, University of London), the book shines a spotlight on domestic violence and eviction in Cambodia. Drawing on over 15 years of fieldwork and more than 300 interviews, Home SOS highlights the experiences of intimate violence and survival as told by Cambodian women.
Katherine said: “My goal for the book is that reaffirms and reprioritises the home as a political entity which is foundational to the concerns of human geography.”
