The call for papers for our Postgraduate Forum’s Mid-Term Conference, which will take place on Thursday 20 and Friday 21 April 2023, is now open.
This year’s Mid-Term Conference will be held in-person at the Society in London, and is an excellent opportunity for doctoral students at an early stage in their research to present their work and meet others working in related fields. With a friendly and supportive environment, the Postgraduate Mid-Term Conference is a great way for delegates to get feedback on their work, network with others, and practice their presentation skills.
The theme of this year’s conference is Shifting Geographies. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, abstracts and workshop proposals (maximum 2,000 characters) should be submitted via the online submission portal, which will close at 5.00pm GMT on Monday 30 January 2023.
More information on the conference’s theme and full details of the call for papers can be found on the Postgraduate Forum’s website.
The RGS-IBG Postgraduate Forum is one of the Society’s 31 Research and Working Groups, which bring together active researchers and those with a professional interest in a particular aspect of geography and related disciplines. Find out more about our Research Groups.
